{"id":1358,"date":"2011-12-17T17:20:37","date_gmt":"2011-12-17T15:20:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.lotuscortinainfo.com\/?page_id=1358"},"modified":"2014-03-13T16:13:58","modified_gmt":"2014-03-13T14:13:58","slug":"press-cars","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/www.lotuscortinainfo.com\/?page_id=1358","title":{"rendered":"-Press Cars-"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This section examines the Press cars and management cars that were used, mainly at the time of launching the Lotus Cortinas, Mk 1 and Mk 2.<\/p>\n<p>Many &#8216;BOO&#8217; and &#8216;FOO&#8217; registration cars were employed for the launch of the original car in January 1963, with some being used for the press reports and press photographs (mainly &#8216;FOO&#8217;) and others used by the senior folks in Ford and Lotus (mainly &#8216;BOO&#8217;).
